 Curry Dip (Skjoldulfr's Mom's fave!)

From Beverly

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Curry
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp worchestershire
1/8 tsp garlic powder
A few drops of hot sauce

Mix together and serve with veggies...yum yum

Chicken Casserole

From Beverly

1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of chicken
½ pt sour cream (8 oz)
3-4 medium chicken breasts (about 3-5 cups shredded) You can use left over baked chicken or just boil some frozen ones
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Cover with the Ritz crackers crushed and pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly warmed.

 Beer Bread

From Beverly

3 cups self rising flour
** if you use all purpose you will need to add 3 tbsp of baking powder and 1 ½ tsp salt**
3 tbsp sugar
1 12 oz can/bottle of beer

Pre heat oven to 375.Mix all together and place in greased (spray Pam works) loaf pan. (when I mix this together I reserve a bit of the flour and add it at the end slowly..depending on how moist the mix comes out..you want it moist and not dry and clumpy). Bake for one hour. You may pour melted butter over the top if you like.
A FEW NOTES:
You can change up beers. I have tried a lot of different kinds and they all add a different flavor. The expensive ones are just a good as the cheep ones..but buy QUALITY flour!!
